If the car owner finds that the
automotive radiator is leaking, he can go to the repair shop to check and replace the new water tank. If the water leakage still exists, the car owner should consider:
1. Check whether the water tank cover has been fastened;
2. Try filling the air into the water tank to see where the water in the water tank seeps out when it is under pressure, and then decide the repair plan;
3. Unscrew the cover of the engine to add oil to see if there is any trace of oil emulsification. If there is, disassemble the engine and replace the cylinder head gasket;
4. There is a problem with the quality of the water tank.
If the water pipe of the water tank ruptures and leaks water due to vehicle vibration or vehicle accident during the driving process, measures can be taken according to the specific situation: when the water leakage does not exceed a 1mm crack or a 2mm hole, add a bottle of water tank to the water tank for strong plugging. Leakage agent, start the car running. 5 to 10 minutes after the cooling water is turned on to start the large cycle, whether it is the water tank, the rubber tube or the pads in the cooling system, the leakage will stop where there is water leakage.
If there is no leakage stop agent to carry, the radiator of individual cars leaks slightly, you can temporarily put loose tobacco into the water tank, and use the water circulation pressure to block the tobacco in the leaking place of the radiator, and use it temporarily.
For serious water leakage from the automotive radiator pipe of the water tank, cut the leaking radiator pipe from the leaking place, block the cut radiator pipe with a cotton ball coated with soap, and then use pliers to flatten the head of the cut radiator pipe and then crimp it. Press tight to stop leaks.
